Lindsay Phillips straps will only work on our patented strap shoes. Each strap is compatible with every strap shoe we offer.

5) What types of payments do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

6) Do you charge sales tax?

Lindsay Phillips charges residents taxes in Missouri. Sales tax is determined by the shipping address on the order. International customers will be responsible for tariffs and/or duties their respective country charges.

7) How long does it take to process my order>

Please allow 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri) to process your order. Once processed, please allow 5-7 business days for FedEx Ground orders to arrive. We currently do not offer a Saturday delivery option.

8) Where do you ship orders from?

We currently ship all of our product from our warehouse located in Missouri.

9) Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. The customer is liable for any customs or import fees or taxes. Any postage for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the consumer. We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS).

EVA stands for Ethylene Vinyl Acetate, a synthetic compound. EVA provides cushioning to the foot and is easily shaped by heat and pressure.

TPR stands for Thermoplastic Rubber. TPR has the properties and performance of rubber. TPR is slip resistent, flexible, absorbs shock, and has excellent weatherability.
